If you receive an item you’re dissatisfied with, you may return it within 30 days to The Dog Bandana Store for a refund or exchange. Please notify us through Contact Us if you desire a refund or exchange.
Products must be in like-new condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. Shipping fees on returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. Typically we do not charge to re-ship products that are exchanged. The buyer will be responsible for any increase in cost of the new product, or be eligible for a refund of the difference if the cost is less.
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange according to our return and exchange policy. If you receive a custom order that doesn’t work for you, please contact us through Contact Us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
